Symation has been involved in the entire lifecycle of design and support of automated welding systems. This has included: welding actuator, control system, and application software design. Applications have utilized TIG and MIG welding and have involved precise weldhead positioning for canister and pipe welding. These applications have utilized standard industrial welding power supplies. Welding process control has been implemented with machine controllers and third party controllers.
